This lot sits just West of Blanca and Fort Garland and East of Alamosa! You are getting the best of both worlds here. Nice and secluded, yet not too far from both small cities at either direction. You also have a clear path to the Smith Reservoir, which is an incredible area for fishing, camping and maybe even a family BBQ! Feel free to park and RV on this lot, set up a camp site for the family, maybe you even want to build on the lot… All is ok!
